More about Jennifer Swetnam

Jennifer Swetnam earned her Bachelor's degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from The Ohio State University and her Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from The University of Akron. She is licensed in the state of Ohio, and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA).

Starting her career as an SLP in 2012, Jennifer has many years experience with children in both school and outpatient settings. She finds joy in connecting with the children she works with, building on their unique interests to foster effective communication skills. She has experience addressing a range of challenges, including speech sound disorders, social-pragmatic language, language comprehension and expression, reading comprehension, and alternative and augmentative communication.
